David Scott Taylor, born in Columbus, Ohio, raised in Huntington, West Virginia has always taken interest in Real Estate. He attended Marshall University studying Business Marketing and Advertising, where he received Dean’s List numerous times as well as an active member in the Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity.

After 3 1/2 years of schooling at Marshall, he started to pursue his career in Real Estate by taking courses at the Real Estate Career Center in his hometown. He then relocated to Myrtle Beach where he completed the courses at Fortune Academy and received his license in Real Estate. He is currently a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors and has earned the designation of Accredited Seller’s Representation or ASR©.

David joined Smitt Group Real Estate in August 2005, with his main focus being in Residential and Condo Sales. He also helps with the marketing of the company’s development division, excelling in graphic designing and advertising materials.
