Kathy Miles is from a small town an hour away from Myrtle Beach but spent most of her teenage years in and around Myrtle Beach on weekends and summers. As an adult her and her husband started investing in property at the beach and after a very short time realized that this had become more than a hobby. Kathy, her husband, and her two sons moved to Myrtle Beach permanently in 1999 and wouldn’t consider living anywhere else. After serious consideration, she decided to give up a 7 year nursing career to go into real estate full time and loves it. Because of her experiences with buying and selling real estate, it is easy for her to be in the buyer or the seller’s position and this helps to form a bond between herself and the client. She can’t imagine doing anything else.
