Tracy Hancock is 35 yrs. old, married, and has 2 lovely children. He is originally from Sumter, SC but fell in love with the beach and it had to offer. He then moved here to Myrtle Beach where he attended college and majored in Hospitality Management. Before entering into the world of Real Estate, he was the manager of an oceanfront hotel in Myrtle Beach for 13 years. He met a lot of nice people and made many friends. If he learned anything through his experience in the hotel business, it is to listen for what people actually want and not what you wish for them to want.
